Refund Policy & Requests

If something went wrong with your order, let us know.

  1. Go to the "Orders" tab in your profile.
  2. Select the order you have an issue with.
  3. Tap "Help" or "Report an Issue".
  4. Choose the reason that best fits (e.g., missing item, wrong order) and provide details.
  5. Our support team will review your request and get back to you.
