Refund Policy & Requests
If something went wrong with your order, let us know.
- Go to the "Orders" tab in your profile.
- Select the order you have an issue with.
- Tap "Help" or "Report an Issue".
- Choose the reason that best fits (e.g., missing item, wrong order) and provide details.
- Our support team will review your request and get back to you.
